What data is collected and why

Contact form

When you send a message, the form collects your email address, an optional name, the subject, your message and any files you attach. This data is used only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage in the Eastern Europe region and forwarded by email to the studio inbox. Stored submissions and attachments are deleted automatically after 180 days unless they become part of a project.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics for this purpose only. It does not set advertising cookies.

Call booking

Booking a call opens Calendly, an independent scheduling service. The Calendly window loads only after you click to open it. Data you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

Server logs and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Visitor statistics are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme choice (paper or blueprint) is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.

Processors and transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Residents of California have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA; no personal data is sold or shared for advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request through the contact form.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
